new york | america

new york based – mexican inspired – local and seasonal. cosme is centrally loctated on 21st x park but still in a quiet area. a former strip club space.
we went for a late dinner after a broadway show without a reservation. the atmosphere is a little dark and furnished with lots of love.
elegant. trendy. impressive.
santiago perez and santiago gomez – two successful investment banker who travelled the world – decided turning their love for hospitality into their profession. thanks god! simple dishes. familiar flavours. but still different. tuna tostada. enmoladas. duck carnitas. wow.
the mexican cuisine never was rumored to be famous for high-end dining such as the french, japanese or italian – but chef enrique olvera conjures up an authentic and contemporary menu that searches for equal. forget about what you know about burritos, tacos and guacamole and allow youself to be convinced by cosme. they’ll change your mind about mexican food.
take out your girl for a relaxed date or book the private room (up to 14 people) for an outstanding dinner with a bunch of friends.
¡ay caramba! – you’ll love it.
